Leadership Fiji's partnership with Vuvale Restaurants (Fiji), owners of McDonald’s Fiji, marked a significant milestone in their mission to nurture and empower leaders across the nation.

The partnership enabled Leadership Fiji to deliver its one-day workshop, Leading with Impact, to the Northern Division last Friday which saw participants from Taveuni, Savusavu and Labasa come together for the very first time.

Leadership Fiji says through McDonald Fiji’s generous support, they successfully hosted the inaugural Leading with Impact North session, expanding their reach and affirming their commitment to inclusive leadership development across all regions of Fiji.

In addition, they acknowledged McDonald’s Fiji for providing access to their state-of-the-art training centre at the newly opened Vuvale Plaza in Nadi to enable them to bring their one-day Leading with Impact workshop to the West today.

This facility served as a dynamic learning environment for our participants, fostering meaningful dialogue, collaboration and growth.

Leadership Fiji CEO, Sharyne Fong says they are grateful to Marc McElrath, Managing Director of Vuvale Restaurants (Fiji) and McDonald’s Fiji for their unwavering support and belief in the power of leadership development.

Fong says their partnership has not only helped them break new ground in the North and West but also strengthened their capacity to deliver impactful programs nationwide.

McElrath says they are proud to support Leadership Fiji in expanding their reach and impact across the country.

He says at McDonald’s Fiji, they believe in investing in people and communities, and this partnership aligns perfectly with their commitment to fostering leadership, education and opportunity.
