Lautoka and Ba set for Legends and League showdowns

Churchill Park is set to host a football double-header today, with fans treated to both nostalgia and high-stakes action as Lautoka and Ba face off in back-to-back clashes.

The excitement kicks off at 4.30pm with a much-anticipated Legends return match, where Lautoka Legends look to avenge their narrow 3-2 defeat to Ba Legends in Ba last week.

Fans can expect several former national and district stars taking the field once again.

Lautoka Legends will feature fan favourites like Jone Vono Junior, Maikah Waqa, and Jone Vesikula whie Ba Legends will bring a strong lineup with veterans Malakai Tiwa, Shameel Rao, Johny Rao, Salen Lal, and Semesa Doidoi.

Following the Legends clash, attention will turn to the Round 16 showdown in the Extra Premier League between Lautoka and Ba at 6pm.

In tomorrow’s matches, Nasinu will take on Nadroga at 1pm at Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour, while Tavua will face Navua at 3pm at Garvey Park.
