Lau youths complete five-day small engine repair training

60 youth participants in Lau are on their way to securing a promising career and source of income after completing a five-day Small Engine Repair training held at Waitabu Village, Lakeba Island, Lau.

The five-day training provided comprehensive knowledge and skills in the small engine repair to a diverse group of participants.

The workshop followed a structured curriculum with daily sessions covering various topics.

Youths participated in the theoretical lectures, practical hands-on sessions and stimulating group activities, effectively reinforcing the knowledge gained.

Expert trainer, Tevita Loganimasi skillfully facilitated the sessions, striking a balance between theoretical concepts and real-life applications.

The participants were from eight youth groups Tubou Youth Club, Waciwaci Youth Club, Waitabu Youth Club, Yadrana Youth Club, Vakano Youth Club, Nukunuku Youth Club and Levuka Youth Club.
