Labasa lifts U14 Primary School IDC Boys title after beating Nadi 1-0

Host Labasa has lifted the U14 Boys title of the 2024 Primary School IDC after beating Nadi 1-nil at Subrail Park this afternoon.

Solomone Driver scored the lone goal for Labasa.

Labasa coach, Sachin Deo says it is an emotional moment for him and the team as they managed to overcome all hurdles in the tournament to win the final.

Deo says he was confident that the boys would do wonders and the early goal in the 11th minute gave them high hopes and determination.

Meanwhile, Bua has claimed the U14 Girls title of the 2024 Primary School IDC after edging Labasa 2-1 in a penalty shootout.
