Jone Naraba equalised for Tailevu Naitasiri early in the second half.
Tailevu Naitasiri scored an own goal in the 64th minute.
Suva is still leading the DPL table with 23 points, followed by Ba with 18 points.
In the match tomorrow, Lautoka will take on Rewa at 3pm at Churchill Park.
