Large parts of the stadium remain closed during construction, with 45,157 fans in attendance and when complete, the rebuild will expand capacity to 105,000.
Barcelona move to 31 points from 13 games and top the table on goal difference.
Real Madrid can overtake them if they beat Elche in tomorrow's clash.
