The Permanent Secretary for Education, Selina Kuruleca, reminded the prefects and student council of Natabua High School that leaders should lead by example with humility and diligence, inspiring others towards collective goals.

While officiating at the School’s prefect induction ceremony, Kuruleca encouraged the prefects to wear their badges with pride and strive to surpass previous milestones.

The School Principal, Virendra Sharma, underscored the importance of quality leadership, advocating for a focus on rehabilitation over discipline and the cultivation of empathy and mentoring skills.

Sharma has requested the students to act according to the Ministry and the government's mission and vision.

Meanwhile, the School Head Boy and Head Girl are Josefata Naisali and Nidhi Chaudhary.

130 students were badged as prefects and members of the student council.

Natabua High School is also one of the top scorers in 2023, achieving 394 out of 400.
