Koroibete scores double as Wallabies retain Mandela Challenge Plate

Fiji born Marika Koroibete scored a double to assist the Wallabies to reclaim the Mandela Challenge Plate after defeating the Springboks 30-17 last night.

Brumbies centre Len Ikitau collected two tries in the first half to help the Wallabies lead 15-6 at the break.

Returning flyhalf Quade Cooper was on point with his kicking converting tries and a couple of penalties.

For the Boks, Lukhanyo Am crossed the whitewash from a chip kick by Fak De Klerk while Handre Pollard converted four penalties.

The Wallabies will now turn their attention to the Pumas next week while the All Blacks will meet South Africa.
