As the Perth 7s kicks off this afternoon, Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach, Osea Kolinisau says they want to build up their points and make sure that they still remain ahead in the series table after Perth.

Fiji is leading the HSBC SVNS points table with 36 points followed by Spain with 32 points, and France and South Africa tied at third place with 30 points.

Speaking from Perth, Kolinisau says they plan to take every tournament as it comes.

Kolinisau stated this after their Captain’s run saying they are going to focus on Perth before moving on the next one, because it's not good to look forward to other tournaments when one tournament is left to be done.

He says the it is a bit hotter in Perth but the team has acclimatised well and they are looking forward to their games this weekend.

Fiji will take on Uruguay at 3.22 this afternoon in their first pool match of the Men’s competition, they then face Kenya at 7.59 tonight before playing New Zealand at 4.22pm tomorrow in their final pool match.

The Men’s Cup quarter finals will kick off at 9.27pm tomorrow, the semi finals will be at 7.05pm Sunday and the cup final will kick off at 11.35pm. The Fijiana 7s will take on the USA at 4.06pm today in their first pool match in the women’s competition, they will then play Canada at 8.21pm today before facing Great Britain at 6.19pm tomorrow in their final pool match.

The Women’s cup quarter finals will kick off at 12.02am Sunday, the cup semi finals will start at 7.49pm Sunday and the cup final will kick off at 12.11am Monday.
