The Fiji Bitter Kadavu 7s has aimed to improve the toilets and paint the classroom of Namalata District School and they hope to complete this project before Christmas.
While speaking during the launch of the Kadavu 7s, President Lynda Tabuya says the Kadavu Rugby Union and the tournament have given $5,000 for this project.
Tabuya says these projects will be undertaken by their players based in the Vanua.
Paradise Beverages Head of Marketing, Etrina Simpson says their focus is to develop rugby at the grassroot level.
24 teams will be featured in the Men’s team, 12 teams in the U18-U21 and four teams in the women’s pool.
The Kadavu 7s will be held from this Thursday to Saturday at the Namalata School Ground in Kadavu.
