Juventus thrashes Barca 3-0 while United bow out of UEFA Champions League

Manchester United is out of the UEFA Champions League after being beaten 3-2 by German side RB Leipzig this morning.

United only needed a draw to progress to the knockout stage.

United were trailing 3-0 and came back through goals from Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba but it was not enough.

In another match, Cristiano Ronaldo marked his return to Spain by scoring twice as Juventus beat Barcelona 3-0.

He scored both goals from the penalty spot.

Both teams are through to the round of 16.
