A case against lawyer Diven Prasad has been dismissed by the Independent Legal Services Commissioner Justice Daniel Goundar.
Justice Goundar dismissed the complaint by a woman against Prasad saying it lacked substance and merit.
The woman had made claims in court against Prasad but did not provide any evidence when asked by Justice Goundar.
Prasad said that the woman has been defaming him on social media and telling people that they are in a relationship.
He told Justice Goundar that he has children and this woman has really gone too far.
