Education Minister Premila Kumar says it has been a challenging couple of years, and it is wonderful to once again be able to celebrate together with our friends and family.
While giving her Eid message, Kumar says these values and ideals that Eid represents - charity, humility, and gratitude - are ones that Fijians of all faiths can also appreciate
Kumar says we are genuinely fortunate to be living in a nation like ours where we acknowledge each other’s cultures so openly and freely - our differences become something that we can celebrate, not something that divides us.
