Life does not get any easier for the Auckland Blues Coach Vern Cotter as the Hurricanes will unleash emerging All Blacks loose forward star,Peter Lakai for his first start of the season in the capital on Saturday.
Lakai has been used on the bench in the side’s first two games, but gains his first start of 2025 against the Blues.
Hurricanes Coach Clark Laidlaw’s side can add more misery on the Blues with a win and send them to 0-3 for the first time since the 2019 season when they finished 13th.
Cotter says its good to have Hoskins Sotutu back in his team.
The Blues will face the Hurricanes at 6.05pm Saturday.
