Huge turnout on day 1 of Fiji Showcase 2025, day 2 starts at 10am

People turned up in large numbers on day 1 of Fiji Showcase 2025 to witness the amazing entertainment that was lined up last night on the Vodafone External Entertainment Stage as well as the Telecom Internal Entertainment stage.

2024 World Hip Hop champions, Wan Squad lit up the Vodafone External Stage with their performance at the Vodafone Arena carpark.

Brazilian juggler, Piva has also stolen the show.

These entertainers perform again today.

CIWA Music took the centre stage with performances from Aisea, Ratu, Ju Ben, Asinate Mekemeke, Ozz and Oni Fiji, as the crowd cheered loudly and sang along to most of their songs.

People also came out to take advantage of the opening day specials, and exclusive product deals.

Total Event Company Manager Elena Tukuwasa says day 1 was busy, and by the time the gates opened, there was a long line of people just waiting to make their way into the Vodafone Arena.

Tukuwasa says kids were excited to see everything that was on display, especially when the mascots had their walkabout.

She says there will also be more entertainment on the Vodafone External Entertainment Stage.

Today’s entertainment will begin on the Telecom Internal Entertainment stage with acts from the Paw Patrol mascots from 11am to 11.30am, followed by performance from Piva from 12 to 12.30pm.

The VOU Dance Company will be performing from 3.30pm to 4pm before Piva takes the stage again from 6 to 6.30pm.

On the Vodafone External Entertainment Stage, the Viti FM's Dredre Ga Mo Cegu team will kick start the entertainment from 10.30am to 11am, followed by the VOU Dance Company's Flying Circus from 11.30am to 12pm.

2024 World Hip Hop Dance Champions Wan Squad will perform from 1.30pm to 2pm, Paw Patrol mascots will appear from 2.30 to 3pm followed by VOU Dance Company Fijian Flying Circus from 5.30pm to 6pm for their second appearance.

Wan Squad will perform again from 6.30pm to 7pm before Tauvu Tribute wraps up the night from 7pm to 8pm.

Gates will open at 10am today for day 2 and will close at 9pm.
