Highlanders claim first win defeating the Force 43-35

The Highlanders have claimed their first win of the 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific after defeating the Western Force 43-35 this afternoon.

26-year-old Jonah Lowe scored a double for the Otago side, while Hugh Renton, Sean Withy, Sam Gilbert and Mitch Hunt scored a try each.

The Rebels' points came from tries to Ollie Callan, Siosifa Amone, Bryce Hegarty, Tom Horton and Zach Kibirige.

Meanwhile, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will meet the Reds at 5 this afternoon.
