A heavy rain alert remains in force for the whole of Fiji.
Strong easterly wind flow prevails over the country.
The Nadi Weather Office says an active trough of low pressure is expected to approach and affect the group from later today until later tomorrow.
They say forecast for Fiji includes occasional rain, heavy at times, with a few thunderstorms developing from the West and spreading to the rest of the group from today.
Possible impacts include localized flooding of low-lying areas, minor roads, Irish Crossings, and bridges, with some disruption to traffic flow.
