National Federation Party Leader, Professor Biman Prasad says it is heartbreaking to see the devastation and destruction caused by Tropical Cyclone Yasa.
Prasad left for the Northern Division yesterday.
He says it is important that they see their people immediately, be with them and understand what they are going through.
Prasad says hopefully he will be able to visit as many people as possible in the coming days.
