The theme for mental health "Happy to be me" is to celebrate every individual who is unique and different.

This was highlighted by the Drug Free World Fiji Founder, Kalesi Volatabu during an interview with fijivillage News on the issue of mental health at the Health Expo at Albert Park.

Volatabu says everyone has had their own journey and things they have gone through which always needs appreciation.

She says we should not become or try to become someone different as the theme is clear enough that people should celebrate themselves for the person they are.

She further says that parents would know the change of behaviour within their child and they need to speak to them before they go out in a world that will destroy their lives.

She adds that the expo is such a great platform for people to share their experiences and take advantage of the free services provided to the public.

The expo continues today where it will provide screenings such as blood pressure, sugar, cholesterol checks and many others.
