Get ready to dig into your pockets as the price of gas will increase from today, while fuel drops.

The Fiji Competition and Consumer Commission says the price of unleaded fuel will now cost $2.76 per litre a decrease of 2 cents, kerosene is now $1.84 a litre, diesel is now $2.38 after a decrease of 7 cents while premix will now cost $2.38 per litre.

They say the cost of a 4.5 kilogram cylinder of gas has now gone up by 7 cents to $15.61, the 12 kg cylinder will now cost $41.63, autogas will now cost $2.25 per litre.

The FCCC says the Fuel and LPG product price review in Fiji follows a one-month lag period.

They say the local Fuel and LPG prices for April 2025 are based on Refined Fuel and Butane imports made by Fuel and LPG companies in February 2025.
