The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s are looking at maintaining their consistent performance in the HSBC 7s Series, and are taking their training to another level to make sure the players are aware of the pressure and challenges while playing on the field.

Coach Saiasi Fuli says he would like for the girls to maintain that consistent performance of one game at a time, as this has helped them in the previous tournaments.

He says the girls are also having scrimmage sessions with local 7s teams such as Uluinakau and Dominion Brothers to mirror tough oppositions.

Fuli adds that they are in 6th position right now, and what they have to do is to continue to challenge those teams above them.

The Fijiana 7s will open their Singapore 7s campaign against Great Britain at 4.28pm next Friday, then they will take on Brazil at 9.43pm next Friday in their second match and finally play Australia at 4.50pm next Saturday in their last pool match.
