The final leg of the Fun Flavour Super 7s Series will be held this Friday and Saturday at Lawaqa Park.

Fiji Rugby Union CEO, John O’Connor says the series started in January at Lawaqa Park, but, due to the restrictions then, they were not able to have any spectators.

O’Connor adds with Hong Kong 7s just around the corner, it is an ideal time to have the final leg as this allows both the Fiji Airways Fijian and Fijiana 7s coaches to scout players and also monitor those who are in the extended squad.

Fiji Men’s 7s coach Ben Gollings says the Series has given players game time and help them identify new talents.

In the Men’s competition, Super 7s Series leaders Police Blue is Pooled with Police Blue, Dominion Brothers, Police White and Uluinakau.

Raiwasa Taveuni is in Pool B with Wadigi Salvo, Devo Babaas and Gaunavou, Army leads Pool C with Barbarians, Fire and Nawaka, while Wardens, Ratu Filise, Eastern Saints and Island Magic Daveta.

In the women’s category, Police, Fire Wardens Lyllian Amazon and Nasesevia are in Pool A, while Seahawks, Lautoka, Striders and Gaunavou are in Pool B.
