Former Suva loose forward John Tuilakepa who is currently playing in France gave back to the rugby community in Fiji in a beautiful illustration of supporting grassroots rugby and handed over a set of rugby jerseys to his provincial Rotuman side Taha team.

The Former Marist Brothers High School student who played for Suva Highlanders and Suva during the Colonial Cup competition was happy and proud to give back to the community and share his experience from France with his former Club in Fiji.

Tuilakepa has been playing in France for the past 16 years and says he continues to learn every day even in a professional set up.

He says Taha Rugby is where his rugby journey began and to donate the new set of rugby jerseys to the club brings that sense of closure and happiness as rugby ruggers in Fiji all dream to secure a contract overseas to help improve their livelihood.

Tuilakepa visited Fiji to visit his family before leaving the country next time to continue his rugby journey.
