Former Suva lawyer arrested following a raid at his home last night

A former Suva lawyer was arrested last night following a raid which resulted in the seizure of white crystal substances believed to be methamphetamine.

Police say the raid was conducted at the suspect's home in Raiwai, Suva.

The seized substance has been sent for analysis as investigations continue.

The suspect remains in custody at the Raiwaqa Police Station.
