Flying Fijians need to play smart if they want to win against the Wallabies - Murimurivalu

To win against the Wallabies the Fiji Water Flying Fijians need to play smart.

Former Flying Fijians fullback Kini Murimurivalu highlighted this during an exclusive interview with fijivillage News, adding they need to grab those penalties to get points.

He says they need to make the right decisions at the right time and trust one another.

Murimurivalu who hails from Lami Koro, Rewa says Fiji did everything right when they defeated England by playing smart and took the right decision of playing their opponent in their red zone.

The 34-year-old says the role of a captain is crucial and may also need support from their teammates to make the right decision.

He says if the fly-half position is given to Vilimoni Botitu or Teti Tela, the two number 10s will need support and some words of encouragement from their team members while executing penalty conversions.

The Flying Fijians will take on the Wallabies at 3.45am next Monday in Lyon.
