Firefighters showcase skills and teamwork in first-ever NFA drill competition

The National Fire Authority held its first-ever national fire drill competition at the Marist Brothers High School Ground this morning, showcasing their skills, coordination, and preparedness for any emergencies.

Permanent Secretary for Housing Manasa Lesuma says the commitment, teamwork, and values demonstrated by the NFA are tremendous.

Lesuma says during any accident, the NFA is often the first responder, showcasing their professionalism and dedication when attending to any incidents.

He says this drill competition is an essential part of their growth, learning, and mutual respect within the organization.

The Permanent Secretary urged participants to continue working hard and striving for excellence.

Teams from all respective divisions participated in this competition.
