A two-bedroom house has been destroyed in a fire along Statham Street in Vatuwaqa this afternoon.
The fire started after 12pm today.
Firefighters managed to control the blaze at around 1pm.
No one was injured in the incident.
The house was occupied by a couple.
Firefighters and Police are still at the scene.
Two fire trucks responded to a call about the fire after midday today.
Neighbours saw the fire start from one of the rooms in the house.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
