Satsang Ramayan Mandali youths will perform a extraordinary choreographed aarti at the C J Patel car-park in Lami today to celebrate Shree Jagnath Rath Yatra 2022 program which will end on Sunday with a Mahabharat Leela.

Satsang Ramayan Mandali President Akhilesh Prasad says Shree Jagnath is a unique form of Lord Vishnu who incarnated as Lord Krishna and many will be able to experience first hand what they watch in movies.

He is requesting if devotees can be at Tikaram Park in Lami by 2pm in order to assemble properly to lead the chariot to C J Patel carpark starting at 2.30pm.

Prasad also says there will be a function at the carpark starting at 3.30pm which will finish at 6pm.

He says program which originated in Odisha, India will be celebrated on a grand scale in Fiji over three days and the footage will be live via drones.

Prasad adds that Saturday night will be dedicated to people from Odisha living in Fiji where they will showcase their taste, flavour and cultural performances.

He further says a high priest from Odisha will join live from India and he will provide a background with highlights of events in India.

The Saturday and Sunday program commences at 7pm at the carpark.

Shree Jagnath Rath Yatra program is a global program mainly celebrated during the months of July and August.
