Fijiana Drua ready to defend Super W title

The Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua are fired up and determined to defend their Super W title when they take on the Brumbies later this month.

Fijiana Drua coaching team representative, Kele Leawere says this year will be very different as they are going into the season not as underdogs, but as the champions.

Leawere says the team has had 7 weeks of intense preparation in camp and is ready to go out and defend the title.

Fijiana Drua utility Asinate Serevi says the girls are excited heading into this new season and they look forward to their first clash against the Brumbies.

The Fijiana Drua will play their first match on the 25th of March at 1.30pm at the Prince Charles Park against the Brumbies.
