Fijiana 15s ready to face-off against South Africa

Rooster Chicken Fijiana 15s coach Senirusi Seruvakula says the girls are all raring up to go against their opponent South Africa in their second Women’s Rugby World Cup match this afternoon.

He says South Africa will put up a powerful performance, and therefore the whole team needs to bring their best game this afternoon.

Seruvakula says South Africa is a forward-oriented team, and they will try to counter them on the scrums, lineouts and mauls, but they have a game plan and are prepared to face them.

He adds it is a huge blow they have lost their captain, but he has full faith in Asinate Serevi to deliver the job.

Seruvakula says Serevi has been one of their co-captains and an outstanding player on and off the field and she has the quality to lead the pack.

The Fijiana will meet South Africa at 4.45pm today.
