FijiCare makes winning start to Southern Business House Futsal League

FijiCare has made a winning start to the Gokals, Ariston and Whirlpool Southern Business House Futsal League which kicked off at the National Hockey Centre last night.

The side thrashed ANZ 4-1 in their opening match.

In other results in the men’s division, Autospa Clean beat Woodquest Joinery 2-1, Army Engineers beat Paradise Beverages 2-0, Poly Products and Colgate Palmolive drew 0-0, Goodman Fielder beat SCC 3-0, Ministry of Education beat UNDP 3-2 while Oceania Hospitals and MCTTT played out a 0-0 draw.

In the women’s division, defending champions Bula Events Group thrashed Kontiki Finance 5-0 while Edwin Food City beat Fiji Dairy Limited 5-0.

The tournament will continue next Wednesday.
