FijiCare has today launched improved claims process features to the existing FijiCare Mobile App.

The insurance mobile app is free to download from both Android’s Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store or through the FijiCare website link www.fijicare.com.fj Using the FijiCare Mobile App, FijiCare policyholders will now be able to take a picture of the relevant documents for their insurance claim and upload it into their profile.

This information will be directly sent to the Claims Department to be processed. Using the FijiCare Mobile App, FijiCare policyholders and service providers will now able to carry their insurance eCard on their mobile phones, eliminating the need to carry physical cards, access the latest information regarding claims history and policy details and lodge insurance claims through the claims upload interface.

The insurance company says by enabling their customers to upload their claims remotely, they are removing the need for them to lodge it physically at their offices.

FijiCare says they hope that the improvement to their digital platform option will ameliorate the impacts of COVID-19 on our clients and brokers during these uncertain times.
