Fiji to build on performance today at the Oceania 7s

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach Ben Gollings says their real test in the Oceania 7s competition will be against New Zealand.

He says for them, it is about building from yesterday’s performance and giving every player some game time and 7s experience.

Fiji lost to Australia Selection 29-19 in their first match but defeated Tonga 24-10 in their second match.

The national side will now play New Zealand at 11.24am today and face Australia Selection at 5.24 this afternoon.

The Fijiana 7s will meet Black Ferns Pango at 11.48am today and then face Black Ferns Ma at 6.12 tonight.

The team that with the most will be crowned the champions of the 2022 Oceania 7s.
