The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s side will need to lift their performance in the London 7s as they are in a tough pool with Argentina, Japan and Ireland.
2022/2023 World 7s Series champions New Zealand lead Pool A with South Africa, Great Britain and the USA, while France is in Pool B with Australia, Spain and Samoa.
Uruguay, Kenya, Canada and Tonga are in Pool D.
Fiji’s first match is against Ireland at 9.23pm Saturday, they will then meet Argentina at 12.53am Sunday, and face Japan at 4.07am Sunday in their final pool match.
The cup quarter finals will start at 8.45pm Sunday, the cup semi-finals will begin at 12.33am Monday and the cup final will be held at 4.26am Monday.
