Fiji Tourism Convention confirmed for 2nd of November

The Fiji Tourism Convention will be held on the 2nd of November this year.

While confirming the date of the Convention during the Fijian Tourism Expo 2023, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism, Viliame Gavoka says the Convention will be a crucial gathering of the tourism industry in Fiji, bringing together industry leaders, experts, and stakeholders to discuss and deliberate the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the sector.

He says they had the convention in the past where they would meet as an industry as a shared commitment.

Gavoka says it provides an excellent platform for them to collaborate and share ideas on how we can continue to develop and sustainably grow the tourism industry.

He says they are delighted to be hosting the Fiji Tourism Convention and looks forward to a stronger public-private partnerships.

The forum will feature a range of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops, covering topics such as sustainable tourism, marketing strategies, and industry trends.

The upcoming Fiji Tourism Convention is anticipated to generate productive discussions and innovative solutions for the advancement of Fiji's tourism industry, while also highlighting the country as a leading tourist destination.
