Although the test matches against France and England were confirmed for the FIJI Water Flying Fijians, Fiji Rugby has today said that it’s Administrator Simione Valenitabua who is in France, has successfully negotiated a warm up match with the French on August 19th ahead of the Rugby World Cup in France.

The FRU says Valenitabua met with the French Federation of Rugby for the Flying Fijians to play the French as a Rugby World Cup warm-up with French Rugby covering all expenses of the tour from Nadi to France leading up to the RWC.

He travels to England this week to meet with the Rugby Football Union of England on the second warm-up match against the English on August 26th in Twickenham.
