The Fiji Rugby Union in collaboration with Paradise Beverages, via the Fiji Gold brand, has joined forces in a landmark sponsorship, heralding a new era of collaboration between the two iconic entities.

Special Administrator of Fiji Rugby, Simione Valenitabua expressed his enthusiasm for the renewed partnership, stating, that they are thrilled to continue their partnership with Paradise Beverages.

He says they share their passion for rugby and their dedication to making a positive impact in communities through the sport.

Valenitabua says together, they will work tirelessly to inspire and empower the next generation of rugby talent in Fiji.

Through this partnership, Paradise Beverages will continue to support Fiji Rugby at both the grassroots level and upto the national level.

Mike Spencer, General Manager of Paradise Beverages, echoed these sentiments, emphasising the cultural significance of rugby and beer in Fiji.

Spencer says rugby is woven into the fabric of Fijian life, and this sponsorship cements their commitment to supporting the sport at all levels and amplifying Fiji’s presence on the global stage.

He says as part of the collaboration, Fiji Gold assumes the prestigious role of Official Beer of Fiji Rugby, aligning perfectly with the nation’s sporting heritage.

With the shared ethos of “Share your golden moments with Fiji Gold,” this partnership not only celebrates sporting triumphs but also promotes unity and camaraderie among fans nationwide.

Paradise Beverages is committed to supporting rugby at all levels, from elite competitions supported by the Fiji Gold brand to grassroots initiatives like the Fiji Bitter 7s.

Paradise Beverages says it is more than just a sponsorship as it is a collaborative journey towards unlocking Fiji’s rugby potential and celebrating the nation’s enduring love for the sport.
