Fiji Kulas coach Angeline Chua says the team is focused and determined to secure all 9 points in the group stage of the OFC Women’s Nations Cup, as they prepare for a crucial clash against Vanuatu this evening.
Chua says they know Vanuatu is a strong team and they are not taking them lightly but their aim is to get the full 9 points.
She says the team is sharpening their play by working on connecting passes and improving their finishing in front of goal. With no injury concerns, Chua adds the Kulas have strong depth in the squad and are working towards fielding their best team by the time they reach the semi finals.
They only need a point against Vanuatu to guarantee top spot in Group B.
The Kulas take on Vanuatu at 7 tonight at HFC Bank Stadium.
