75 models will be part of the event next Friday and Saturday

Fiji Fashion Week is coming back stronger and bigger this year after the show was downsized for the last two years due to the pandemic.

Event Coordinator, Onisimo Moi says there will be a line up of different events leading up to the two main shows such as Italia Display, photography workshops, a DJ workshop and a fashion journalism workshop.

He adds one of the workshops is based on photography initiated by famous photographer, Sonny Vandevelde and other well known photographers in the fashion industry.

The designers include Zulfikar Ali, Hosanna Kabakoro, Micheal Mausio, Bulao Caeway, Jackie Whippy, Hupfeld Hoerder, Samson Lee, Temesia Tuicauymia, Andrew Powell, Robert Verebasaga and Kiri Nathan and Bobby Luke from New Zealand.

He says 75 models will be part of the event next Friday and Saturday at the Vodafone Arena.

Tickets for the Fiji Fashion Week are available at the Post Fiji outlet in Suva and their office at Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.
