The Fiji Bati have bowed out after losing their quarter-final match with New Zealand 24-18.

New Zealand clawed their way back and were able to exploit holes in the Bati defence in the second half.

Winger Maika Sivo scored the first four-pointer of the game and Kevin Naiqama scored 2 tries with Brandon Wakeham successfully converting all 3.

New Zealand will be facing Australia in the semi finals.
