Fiji Barbarians 7’s continue winning streak after beating Australia 17-5

The Fiji Barbarians 7’s team has beaten Australia 17-5 and has continued their winning streak in the Fun Flavour Mini 7s tournament at Churchill Park today.

The Barbarians beat New Zealand 22-10, outclassed Australia 22-12 and also beat the Fiji Warriors 15-5 yesterday.

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach Ben Gollings says they are getting what they need out of the tournament.

Gollings say he is pleased with the performance of both their teams but it is more about what they are trying to do and implement ahead of the World Rugby Sevens Series.

The Fiji Barbarians 7’s team will now play Fiji Warriors at 1.50pm and will face New Zealand at 5.20pm in their last match.
