Fijiana 7s to face Ireland in 5th place semi final

The Fiji Airways Men’s 7s team will face Uruguay in the 9th place semi final at 10.26 tonight, while the Fijiana 7s will play Ireland in the 5th place semi final at 7pm.

The Fiji Men’s 7s team failed to make it to the cup quarters after losing to France 19-24 in their final pool encounter, while the Fijiana 7s were edged by USA 17-22.

Meanwhile, the men’s cup semi finals will kick off at 11.32pm, while the women’s cup semi finals start at 7.44 tonight.
