People are being urged to come out in numbers and support the Digicel Kulas who will put on a great show this evening when they take on Papua New Guinea in the final of the OFC Women's Nations Cup.

This is the message from coach, Lisa Cole who says they are going to need fan support which is going to be a difference maker.

She says the team is well rested and there are no significant injuries following the semi-final against the Solomon Islands on Wednesday.

Cole who has been particularly impressed with captain Sofi Diyalowai, says she is the perfect example of the things that needs to be done on and off the field.

The Kulas will take on PNG at 7 tonight at the HFC Bank Stadium.

The winner of the Women's Nations Cup will qualify for the inter-confederation playoff for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which will be played in New Zealand next year.

The inter-confederation playoffs will determine the final three qualification spots for the FIFA Women's World Cup.

It will feature 10 teams from 6 confederations split into three groups, with the winner of each group qualifying for the Women's World Cup.
