FNU has developed 40 programmes which have international accreditation

40 programmes have so far been developed at the Fiji National University that will be aligned to the accreditation of Dublin and Washington accord.

Fiji National University Chancellor Iqbal Jannif says that this is a huge milestone, marking the college’s commitment to ensuring all its programme are relevant and compatible not only with Fiji but anywhere we go.

Jannif also confirmed that the College of Engineering, Science and Technology will for the first time offer a new Bachelor of Engineering Honors which will also the first for Fiji.

He says that the new programme will boost the engineering industry in the country.

Jannif also highlighted that TELS funding for Year 12 students specifically for engineering programmes as announced in the 2017-2018 budget will cover tuition, accommodation, meals and allowance for the total duration of their study programme which is 3 years.
