Everton beats Liverpool 2-0

Everton has beaten Liverpool 2-0 in an English Premier League match this morning.

Jarrad Branthwaite and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored a goal each for Liverpool.

Liverpool knew a win over the rivals they have dominated so often would put them level on points with leaders Arsenal but Jurgen Klopp's side never recovered from an opening period when they were overpowered by Everton.

In other matches this morning, Manchester United beat Sheffield United 4-2, Crystal Palace beat Newcastle 2-0 and Bournemouth beat Wolves 1-0.

Arsenal is leading the EPL table with 77 points, Liverpool is second with 74 points, Manchester City is third with 73 points while Aston Villa is fourth with 66 points.
