Euro Championship: Germany qualifies for last 16 after 2-nil win over Hungary

Germany has booked their place in the Euro Championship last 16 after beating Hungary 2-nil in their Group A match this morning.

Germany led 1-nil at halftime.

With one more game to go, the win this morning has confirmed Germany’s place in the last 16 and a win over Switzerland on Sunday would put them through as Group A winners.

In another match this morning, Croatia held Albania to a 1-all draw.

In tomorrow’s matches, defending champions Italy will play Spain at 7am, Serbia will face Slovenia at 1am while Slovakia will face Ukraine at 4am.
