Eels go down 24-10 to the Roosters

The Parramatta Eels recorded their first loss in the 2020 NRL season last night as they went down 24-10 to the Sydney Roosters.

Fiji Bati star Maika Sivo scored a fantastic try for the Eels in the 58th minute of the match by trampling over Roosters veteran James Tedesco.

The Roosters answered back with two tries from Boyd Cordner and Daniel Tupou.

The Roosters led the Eels 8-0 at the break.

In other NRL results, the Dragons defeated the Titans 20-8 and the Wests Tigers beat the Cowboys 36-20.

The Raiders will take on Sea Eagles at 6.05 tonight while the Bulldogs will face the Sharks at 8.30 tonight.
