The Ministry of Education is in the infant stages of developing a digital literacy curriculum aimed at primary school students, with a focus on teaching responsible social media use and appropriate online behavior across various platforms.
This was confirmed by Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro in an interview with fijivillage News.
Radrodro emphasized that the initiative must go through a formal approval process and he has directed the Ministry to prioritize digital literacy as part of its broader educational objectives.
