Edmed earns first start as Schmidt makes 4 changes for Wallabies rematch with Los Pumas

The Wallabies have unveiled their squad to face Argentina, with four changes headlined by Tane Edmed making his starting debut.

The sold-out fixture at Allianz Stadium will be Edmed’s first ever Test on home soil as he replaces Tom Lynagh, who will miss the clash with a hamstring strain.

The Wallabies will also field a new centre pairing with Reds star Hunter Paisami set to replace Len Ikitau at 12 and partner Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii in the midfield.

Veteran prop James Slipper makes his return to the starting side and will earn his 149th cap in gold, joining Billy Pollard and Taniela Tupou in the front row.

Jeremy Williams completes the starting changes and joins Tom Hooper in the second row with Nick Frost rested due to a sore back.

Lukhan Salakai-Loto is set for his first Wallaby outing in 2025 after being named on the bench.

He'll be joined on the pine by Queensland teammate Josh Nasser alongside Angus Bell, Zane Nonggorr and Carlo Tizzano as forward cover.

Tate McDermott, James O'Connor and Filipo Daugunu have all been retained as backline finishers
