Psychiatrist, Selina Kuruleca

A person addicted to hard drugs can harm their family and loved ones without the user knowing it.

Serious concerns continue to be raised that methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and marijuana are easily accessible nowadays.

Psychiatrist, Selina Kuruleca says the effects of the use and abuse of hard drugs can affect a user physically, socially, emotionally and mentally.

For hard drugs like meth, cocaine and heroin, a person can get addicted after trying the drug only once which is why people should stay away from this as it can negatively affect their lives.

Kuruleca says the problem of hard drugs is growing not only in the country but also around the world and more needs to be done.
